Bullying is a growing concern that today's generation is quite aware of.

According to the dictionary, the word "BULLYING" refers to The Use Of Superior Strength Or Influence To Intimidate (Someone), Typically To Force Them To Do Something. A study in Britain found that at least half of suicides among young people are related to bullying.

And yet we treat bullying which is a form of verbal and at times even physical abuse as a 'phase' in every teenager's life. Bullying can take place anywhere from your school to your society or even online.

IF YOU OR ANY OF YOUR FRIENDS ARE BEING VERBALLY/ PHYSICALLY ABUSED THEN YOU CAN SEEK HELP THROUGH THE FOLLOWING WAYS-

• If someone is abusing you then you should talk to a trusted adult about it or you can reach out to this toll-free 24/7 helpline by calling 1098.
• In case of cyber bullying,  you can block the bully or avoid any interactions if possible or you can report him/her at https://www.sirhow.com/cyber-cri...
• If you see someone getting abused then you should help them out too. 

We can bring a change if we try hard enough and just believe in ourselves. We can end bullying and prevent the consequences caused by it. Never let anyone tell you your self worth and if in need of help then you should feel free to ask for it because you're not alone and someone will always be there to help you.
