Getting  children activefrom  an  early age can instill

Healthy habits that will last into adult hood . Older people

and seniors also, hugely benefit from keeping active

 

Just  over 30% of  children aged 2 to 15 are now classed

As either over night or obese .So its more important than ever to get children active.

Phycial activity in child hood has a number benifits.

 

Whatever stage of life you are currently at, there are plenty of different exercise option

To try . Exercise  dosent  just mean going to for a run.it may be as simple as walking. To

And from the car or getting off the bus a few stops earlier.
