How Did I Make It

Life is a mystery and well mine is too....

I never thought that I would land myself in an education field but now that I am, I can't imagine myself doing anything apart from imparting knowledge.

As far as I can remember , I always dreamt of being an interior designer but having gotten married at an early age , kept me from achieving it. This shattered dream did not affect my hope of being an independent woman. A little motivation from my in-laws was all I needed.

Back then education field was considered to be the most ideal place for a woman to work, where she could be financially independent and also fulfill all the responsibilities of a married woman. This lead me to take up Montessori course which was a great stepping stone in my life. To reach my goals, I had to cross a river where very stone had to be larger than the previous one, by this I mean  , that I had to take up opportunities even they were out of my comfort zone.

Working for three years in a pre school gave me the  confidence that this is something I wanted to do. Even after taking a break from it , my resolve to work in this field was stronger than ever , it was like once I got the taste of it , I kept coming back. So this time I applied at Wisdom High International  School  a renowned Institution  where  I got a job and was ready to start a new chapter in life...This organization is where I got the taste of real success. .Since then there has been no looking back in terms of achieving my aspirations.

My journey was never stagnant it started as a teacher  , a co-ordinator, a primary head and as a trainer. Through this journey I experienced different ways of trading knowledge.

It gave me an opportunity to explore my strengths and improve my weakness.

It was a great learning experience as it shaped me holistically. Had I shrugged away from the responsibilities this opportunity offered and continued to stay in my comfort zone, I would not have learnt the art of facing critical situations .Yes, it did take a lot of energy and time but in the end everything paid off as the kind of respect, love and care  that I receive from everyone is beyond any hardship.

Well  all,  I want to say is that  keep believing in your self , thrive on taking new opportunities , exploring  new areas.  As every  opportunity is unique and does not come twice. So stretch beyond your limit to gain your goals because your success lies in your hands.
