Hello everyone! I hope you all are safe. This is my third blog and the topic I chose to write is Junk food.I decided to write about this topic because everyone likes to eat junk food.This is not good, so I decided to create awareness in our society by writing this blog.
There is a lockdown because of the Coronavirus. And so, we cannot go out. This is actually good, because people who love junk food cannot go out and eat it! As a result, they may become just a little healthy. Everyone loves junk food, even me! But there are also some limits to eating it. Junk food is food which contains kilos of calories and nutrients that are actually not useful for the body. It contains high amounts of fats and carbohydrates.It also has added sugar and it can have a direct impact on your body. But people eat it, anyway. And this results in them becoming obese. Fast food is not bad,but it is still harmful for the health.
If, in any case, you are not doing a lot of exercise, then do it, if you eat any junk food. But people who don't exercise will surely be obese. Junk food should not be eaten everyday. You can eat it once in a month, because junk food like noodles take a lot of time to digest. Hence, you may have constipation or loose motions. You may also have headaches. Even I eat pizzas and fries, but only once in a month. My mother dosen't allow junk food in the house, anyway.
Another type of junk food is cold drinks. Of course, people love it ,too. Drinks like Coca Cola and Sprite are famous. Well, I don't drink Coca Cola, because I saw a video that said it had materials which were used to construct roads, like cement and tar. But drinks like 7 Up and Fanta have been like medicines for me. Whenever I felt like throwing up, my mother used to give these drinks to me, which used to cure me instantly because they acted as digestives and the pukish feeling vanished. Coca Cola is the most harmful drink of them all. But people like it because it feels tasty. Well,they don’t know the amount of harm they are causing to their body!
When you eat or drink the things mentioned above, you become obese, as I said earlier. And people who become obese don't just become fat, but suffer from many other diseases, like diabetes, hypertention,and fatigue, to name some of them. But the worst disease is Heart problem.There is also a saying ,Dont listen to your tongue, because it will tell you to keep shoving food in your mouth ; but ask your stomach it will tell you the truth. Many children and aults in India are obese due to eating junk food. Especially children who cannot control their cravings, should stop ebating junk food. Other children of their age also tease them I have also had the same problem, bu I am not obese, I'm just healthy.
Also, there are limits to eating healthy food. If you eat too much of it, you can also get obese. You have to eat it in limits. Some people have pizza for lunch and pasta for dinner. This is not good. We should always have a balanced diet. A balanced diet is very essential for the growth of our body. For example, You could have milk and a boiled egg for breakfast. For lunch, you could have Dosa and chutney. For dinner, you can have vegetables, chapati, rice and curry. This is an example of a balanced diet. You can eat healthy food as per your interests.
