My country is India. I love my country very much. India’s National anthem is  “Jana Gana Mana” composed by Guru Rabindranath Tagore. Our country also  celebrate many festivals. In our India the tiger is our National animal .The peacock is our National bird. We should not hurt them. The Indian flag is  called the “Tiranga or Tri-colour” as it has three colour bands .In the middle of the Flag is a blue wheel, called the Ashoka Chakra .The top band is saffron that stands for bravery and sacrifice. The band is the middle is white, which stands for peace and truth. The last band is green, which stands for faith, politeness and respect for women. The Ashok Chakra also represents the twenty-four hours in a day. India’s National flag is hosted on special days like Independence day and Republic day. Every Indian should respect our flag. I am proud of my country.
