"HEATH IS WEALTH" A person who always smiles will always be healthy.

Putting a lipstick and make up is not good but putting a good smile in your face looks good .We may be rich,poor ,old or young we have to keep a smile on our face .When you get up in the morning ,smile and start your day and it would be surprised .A smile starts a good freindship.

It reduces the stess .Once you smile at others they smile to you and you cannot change the whole world by smiling to everyone but you can change their world and they learn from you to smile and they smile to others .A good smlie keeps calm and healthy.Weather you are happy at home ,you are having your favourite dish at dinner tonight ,or you have got good marks or good remarks in your favourite subject.

There are many reasons to smile and more benifits.If you don't smile and you always cry for every tear don't blame god.God has given good gift as a smile.These smiles keep you happy.

A good smile forgives everything. It's not about those who hurt you and broke down it's about who made freindship and made you to smile.
