Stress-A teenage perspective

Think of a 6-letter word.

If someone asked me to, I would definitely have thought of friend. Or maybe stress. Indeed, this is a glimpse of every teenaged Z generation mind ever. We, teenagers face stress from countless expectations of parents, teachers, peers etc. Stress is like a slow heart attack. It will give you no escape routes. You will be engulfed by it and will have no way out.

But is there no hope at all for us at all? There is. The only mantra which can keep you anchored to the shore is the fact that stress is no help at all.  So, whether it is an exam or a performance or anything like that, bust stress by simple meditation, drinking water and by being in the ‘right now’ instead of thinking about what could go wrong.

So, Relax. Chill. Breathe. After all if it’s not going to matter in 5 years, it’s not worth spending 5 minutes to think about. And remember, you are unique and celebrate that uniqueness.
