Today we all live with stress. One way or other it as become a part of your life, which leads to depression. Depression may seem like an ordinary word but has a great effect on one. It is worse than a disease.
Heavy syllabus and to much competition breeds depression. Parental force is a major contributer. Depression eats you a life. It makes you feel inferior and weak.
Depressed people frequently think of committing suicide. Truth to be told, people we have never met, never seen are going through 10 times worse than what we face everyday.
We have the love and support of family, friends and teachers. So there is no need to feel helpless, whenever you do:- Spend time with friends. Talk to your parents, friend or a therapist if necessary.
Do things you love to do. Keep yourself calm. Listen to melodious songs. Draw and paint. In short, think and do things you love, cherish what you have instead of mourning frivolous losses. AVOID STRESS AND MAKE FRIENDS WITH HAPPINESS........... ??
