“Students don’t need a perfect teacher. They need a happy teacher who’s going to make them excited to come to school and grow a love for learning”. Being a teacher, being a second mother to a class of 40 students is very tedious. Just as a mother cannot differentiate between her children, similarly a teacher cannot compare 40 students among each other. And to remain calm and patient she should have a smile on her face. She should be happy and satisfied when she enters her class. If she is happy, she will be able to take her class to the level she expects them to go. For students to come up to her, a teacher should leave all her worries, thoughts and fear outside the classroom and must enter it with a pleasant smile and a positive energy.

Smile on a teacher’s face means the entire class is going to be happy and will receive the learning in a positive way. They will feel like coming to school, share their thoughts with her without fear. A teacher should always remember that ‘We are not JUST TEACHERS, but we are the managers of the world’s greatest resource- CHILDREN’.
