Ten Rituals of Radiant Living

1) Ritual of solitude.

"It is a period of silence time when you come to know who you really are", it connect you to your creative source and releases the limitless intelligence of the universe.

2) Ritual of Physicality

It is based on the principle that says as you care for the body so you care for the mind.

3) Ritual of Live Nourishment

A poor diet has a pronounced effect on your life. 'As you nourish your body, so you nourish your mind.'

4) Ritual of Abundant Knowledge

If you want to be a better lawyer, father, friend or love, there are books out there that will rocket you to those goal. All the mistakes you will ever make in your life have already been made by those that have walked before you.

5) Ritual of Personal Reflection

Ritual of Personal Reflection is nothing more than the habit of thinking. Every evening, after a full day of productive work, you would retire to a silent corner of your home and reflect on your day. By clearly knowing what you were doing wrong in your days, you could take immediate steps to improve and advance along the path of self-mastery.

6) Ritual of Early Awakening

Rise with the sun and to start the day off well. Please see this as a small measure of short-term pain for a large measure of long-term gain.

7) Ritual of Music

Music gave the same spiritual boost as the sun did.

8) Ritual of Spoken Word

Mantra is a phrase that is designed to free the mind. When I need to feel motivated, I repeat, "I am strong, able and calm".

9) Ritual of Congruent Character

This ritual requires you to take daily, incremental action to build your character.

10) Ritual of Simplicity

One must never live in the thick of thin things. Focus only on your priorities.

At last, I have learned this through my journey. Try the techniques and use those that feel right to you.

"Nothing to extremes, everything in moderation"
