The Changing Factor

Why do people tend to change their behavior? Why can’t they remain the same in every situation? It’s very simple. It all depends upon the situation and other people around. Behavior usually is the result of people’s personality and psychological traits, social aspects and the values that they have inculcated in them.

Students from the previous 3-4 generations were very different from the students of this generation. Previously a student’s behavior defined how his/her teacher would be. But now, as students get lot of exposure through social sites, peers, teachers have been given a second status. A teacher has been transformed to a facilitator. Behavior of a student now reflects what he thinks, his friends think.

Its not only a student, it’s about all the people around us. Also within our family. A psychology of a person cannot be determined as same every time you meet him/her. Our relatives for instance are not the same every time. Some come with predetermined mindset and some change as per what they experience. So according me the behavior of a person changes timely with every person in different situations. What do you think? Should we change our behavior or not?
