‘Its not necessary to be the best in the room but to be the smartest.’

Every human dreams to be perfect but face many problems like failures and cheap people.a complete man is not the one who is always running behind fame  . We should  always keep it simple just be ourself. One day or other your true character will be unavailed. One who observes more than speak is not always perfect but one who observes more and speaks less but the thing he said is like a storm.

Not only the morals values but a complete man should also concentrate on his materialistic surroundings . No one should ignore if something is wrong in society but should take ownership and make an effort to remove it . The key to be a leader is taking initiatives . A true leader is not always a good human so its not always better to be a leader and especially if it is of a fool group. You should have the skills to identify the true character of person and to handle him accordingly. For example if you know that a particular person is showing fake behavior but you like talking to him then you should be able to figure out a way to do this. These skills are developed when you in middle of childhood and teenage. You should not waste even a second of time.Time is precious than any other thing in this world. Like when you are travelling and you are sitting there thinking when will the trip end you should be thinking about yourself that how to develop your mind ,how to secure your dreams, Is what you are doing correct.

This are just simple things which make a big difference in your life.You  should  know where to spent your energy and how much you should save. You should also be careful and spent your energy on productive places. There is also one question that – What is more promising Hardwork or experience? The answer to this is Experience because if you practice to your full limit but have zero experience then you will not win inspite of your utmost efforts . Experience is something which very valuable but comes very slowly. Like in a race if don’t know where to sprint and where to rest then you will lose . This is just like losing the race of life when you don’t where to react and where to not. In last I would like conclude by saying to achieve something in your life it takes time but also your sincerest efforts which will make you the complete man.
