If you have knowledge of various computer programs, then during you gap year abroad you might find yourself helping to teach children IT skills in Mozambique, Senegal, Sri Lanka, Ghana or Kampuchea. As a volunteer you are needed to teach very basic computer programs like Word and Excel. However, it would be wonderful if you are also able to develop databases and assist with maintenance work.
